This Privacy Policy explains Xam Guide Private Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) commitment towards governing our collection and use of personal identifiable information (“PII”) and other information about Users (“You” and “Your”) we shall collect that for the purpose of our Platform/Application, “Iyal Math Kids” (“Platform”); the manner of collection of PII; the purpose of collection of PII and the circumstances under which disclosure of PII shall be permitted. Iyal Math Kids is a fun and safe early mathematics learning app designed for children aged 4 to 8. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and safety of every child who uses our app.

Our core promise is simple:

  • We do NOT collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details.

3. How the App Works

Iyal Math Kids is a fully self-contained, offline-capable application. All learning content — including games, stories, puzzles, songs, and educational activities — is stored locally on the device.

4. Local Storage Only

Any progress, settings, or preferences saved by the app are stored exclusively on the device being used. This data never leaves the device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.

5. No Internet Required for Core Features

The core educational features of the app work entirely without an internet connection. No background data transmissions occur during normal usage of the app.

6. No Accounts or Profiles

Children and parents are not required to create an account, profile, or login to use any feature of the app. There is no registration process that collects personal information.

7. Technical Safeguards

We have implemented technical measures to ensure that no personal data can be collected, even inadvertently:

  • No analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or telemetry libraries are integrated into the app.
  • No social media plugins, share buttons, or external login integrations are included.
  • All app updates are delivered securely through official app store channels (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

8. Third-Party Services

The Iyal Math Kids does not integrate any third-party services that collect data. Specifically:

  • No analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.) are embedded.
  • No social media SDKs are used.
  • No cloud storage or synchronisation services are used.
  • The only exception is the official app distribution platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), which have their own privacy policies governing how they manage app downloads and updates. We encourage parents to review those policies independently.

9. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of a data breach involving personal information related to your child. All content within the app is static and delivered as part of the app installation.

Local device data (such as level progress or unlocked content) is secured by the device's own operating system permissions and is accessible only through the app itself.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or applicable laws. When we do:
